The ECIGAL team has initiated the research project Critical Global Citizenship through collaborative research with young people (GloboJoven), funded by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. As a coordinated project, we are collaborating with research teams from the University of Oviedo and the University of Cantabria. We have just had the first meeting of the three teams in Oviedo, on October 30. Now we can begin this exciting project, with the shared objective of understanding how youth (14-17 years old) develop global citizenship in face-to-face (formal and non-formal) and virtual scenarios through their role as researchers of global challenges.
